Employees are expected to post a minimum of three stories per day in coordination with other staff members.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing the store
  • Greeting all customers and ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Actively managing social media accounts and posting content on behalf of the company
  • Ensuring clothing displays are well-organized and visually appealing
  • General cleaning duties (sweeping, dusting, maintaining bathrooms, etc.)
  • Assisting with store events, including in-store programming and weekend markets (including setup, takedown, and providing assistance with vendor management and guest flow)
  • Helping customers with store resources, such as the vinyl listening stations and rework area
  • Assisting with inventory management (tagging, organizing, and stocking items)

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $14 per hour
  • Employee Discount: All staff receive a 30% discount when shopping in-store
  • Shifts: Part-time (4-hour shifts) or full-time (8-hour shifts)

Team members who excel in this role are eligible for promotion to Team Lead, which includes a pay increase. Performance reviews are conducted every six months to evaluate growth and contributions.
