    Be sure to review the market expectations at the bottom of this page before submitting your application.
  2. Our Review Process:
    Once we receive your submission, our team will review your shop. If you’re accepted, we’ll reach out with vendor details and next steps.
  3. Secure Your Spot:
    Upon acceptance, you’ll receive a link to confirm your space for $100.

Vendor Requirements:

  • Vendors must have a 10x10 tent with proper weights to secure it safely in windy conditions.

The following standards have been established to ensure our market looks its best and provides a great experience for vendors and customers alike.

Booth Display: Vendors are expected to create a well-designed, aesthetically pleasing booth that showcases their products effectively. Consider using eye-catching elements like vintage furniture, rustic crates, or colorful fabric backdrops to enhance the overall look of your space and contribute to the market's visual appeal.

Signage: All signage must be professionally presented with clear, legible fonts that can easily be read from a distance. Signs should include your business name and logo for easy identification.

Product Display: All items should be neatly arranged and should not be placed directly on the ground unless properly positioned on a rug with visible signage that includes a group price for all items. Utilize tables, shelves, racks, or other display methods to organize your products in an appealing and accessible manner. Products should be grouped by type, color, or theme to make it easier for customers to browse.

Pricing: All products must have visible price tags or clearly marked labels that are easy for customers to read.

Payment Options: To accommodate a variety of customers, vendors should offer multiple payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Ensure you have a secure and reliable system in place, such as a cash box or register, to track sales.

Cleanliness and Organization: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized booth throughout the market day. This includes managing your product displays, keeping your space free of trash or debris, and being mindful of neighboring vendors' space.

Timeliness: All vendors must complete setup by 10:45 AM. Vendors arriving late will be turned away without a refund. Setting up on time allows you to create an organized, attractive display, which can positively impact customer experience and sales. A well-prepared booth encourages customers to browse and return, ultimately contributing to your success at the market.

Parking: All vendors and employees are required to park in the grass area outside the main parking lot to reserve prime parking spaces for customers. Our goal is to make parking as convenient as possible for our visitors.

Food Vendors: Food vendors may arrive at 10:00 AM to begin setup, as long as they are ready by 11:00 AM. Please note that we do not provide power, so plan accordingly.

By adhering to these standards, all small businesses participating in our market will present their products professionally and help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
